LIBERTY TAX is applied to the Open Market Value of All Changes Of Ownership (ACOO)
into, within and out of the USA.

16.Other ACOO include the following
17.Payment of a supplier’s account with a Bank Credit Card is an ACOO. The Bank adds
the LIBERTY TAX to the Credit Card monthly balance including bank fees and interest
and then pays the LIBERTY TAX to the Government. The Customer pays the Credit Card
Account balance including LIBERTY TAX and the Bank debits the Customer’s Credit Card
Account.
18.Payment of a supplier’s account with a Bank Debit Card is NOT an ACOO. The Bank
adds the LIBERTY TAX to the Debit Card fees and then pays the LIBERTY TAX to the
Government.
The Customer pays the Debit Card Account balance and fees including LIBERTY TAX
and the Bank debits the Customer’s Debit Card Account.
19.Other ACOO I have missed in the above.
20.The distribution of the Bank’s Profits as Dividends to shareholders is an ACOO. The
Bank pays the LIBERTY TAX on Dividends to the Government.
21.The Banking Industry Body to assist the Banks in managing their interest rates, fees and
charges inclusive of LIBERTY TAX to cause the least impact on the Banks’ customers
and disruption to the market.
22.The Bank’s Audited Financial Statements to show the LIBERTY TAX paid by the Bank to
the Government –
a. as an expense of the Bank.
b. as collected by the Bank from its customers and others.
“The People control the Governments with NO TAX SLAVERY and the People are FREE and
secure with their Democracy i.e. Government of the People, by the People, for the People as
it must be under the Constitution, Common and Equity Law, and Magna Carta”.
With LIBERTY TAX everyone and every entity and government keep their EXISTING
MONEY i.e. take-home-pay, super, savings, incomes, pensions, business and government
funds etc.
With LIBERTY TAX Costs and PRICES are MUCH LESS (in Australia it is 30% less).
All money buys MUCH MORE (in Australia it is 40% more) leaving money to pay off Bank
debts, save and invest to buy back America from China etc. This is the equivalent of a
40%TAX FREE pay, pension, etc RISE and business and government funds INCREASE at
NO COST to employers and governments.
There is NO inflation, NO high interest rates, NO additional home and business loan
repayments, NO loss of homes and businesses, NO homelessness, NO poverty, NO street
crime, etc.
‘Made in America’ can replace “Made in China and BRICS’ giving every American the
opportunity of a JOB or Better JOB for personal wealth creation FREE of government control
in their Democratic America.
The value of the $US stabilises, based on America’s favourable term of trade and underlying
value of the Nation’s resources.
As President you can have the standing around the World to negotiate World PEACE with
Presidents Putin and Xi Jinping.
You will keep your PROMISE to MAGA.
Since 28 November 2024 I have listened to you each day and read about you and your
Executive Orders as President of the USA. I have written to you each day in the hope that
you would see that ONLY LIBERTY TAX can MAGA as you PROMISED the American
People.
I have come to the conclusion, that you are the most dangerous person on Earth. You are a
wolf in sheep’s clothing pretending to be Christian but in reality, you are evil with no heart for
mankind.

STOP Netanyahu and Zelensky. END the KILLING.
Meet with Presidents Putin and Xi Jinping and agree on PEACE.
Research and implement LIBERTY TAX to MAGA as you promised the American People.
