Dear President Donald Trump
I hear you talking about China wanting to replace the $US.
It seems you do not understand that the value and international standing of the $US is
determined by two elements.
1. America’s terms of trade.
2. The underlying net assets of America.
If you accept this reality, then think about and understand the following.
1. America’s terms of trade are NOT competitive at home and international because of your
EXISTING TAXES on wages, incomes, benefits, profits, capital gains, goods and
services.
2. The underlying net assets of America are devalued by your crippling DEBT of
$US36+Trillion because EXISTING TAXES at 25% of GDP cannot fund your government
to pay even the interest on this DEBT.
If you look closely at the statements in (1) and (2) the SOLUTIONS are staring you in the
face.
1. America’s terms of trade become competitive at home and internationally if you take
EXISTING TAXES OFF the costs and PRICES of goods and services and all government.
2. The underlying net assets of America can become POSITIVE by replacing GDP with the
Open Market Value (NO transfer pricing) of ALL Changes Of Ownership (ACOO) into,
within and out of the USA.
3. Have Elon Musk and me do the research to VALUE ACOO. My research in Australia over
45 years is that ACOO is at least 24 times greater than GDP.
4. Divide the reduced cost of government in (1) by the value of ACOO in (3) and round it up
to the next whole number. In Australia it is 2%.
5. Add to the REDUCED costs and PRICES of goods and services and government in (1)
the single % of TAX in (4). In Australia it is 2%.
6. The REDUCED costs and PRICES in (1) plus the single % of TAX in (4) can give America
terms of trade far better than those of China and BRICS.
7. The single % of TAX in (4) on ACOO can fully fund government with surpluses to pay off
DEBT giving America a POSITIVE underlying net asset.
8. The $US dollar supported by POSITIVE terms of trade and underlying net assets, can
have the International Standing to be competitive against China and BRICS and retain its
“international reserve currency” status.
This single % rate of TAX can LIBERATE the $US, the American Economy and Financial
position, the America People and Government to have the standing in the World to come
together with the BRICS Nations and others for World PEACE.
All you need to do is have Elon Musk visit me to PLAN the research and implementation of
LIBERTY TAX.
If you do this for America, the rest of the Western World will follow suit under your leadership.
