Australia with a population of 27+million has a workforce of 14.5+million and the OECD 2023
figure of TAX to GDP is 29.2%. TAXES and Government Charges are 50% of the PRICE of a
loaf of bread, a new built house, a litre of fuel and almost everything else.
America with a population of 340+million has a workforce of 164+millon and the OECD 2023
figure of TAX to GDP is 25.2%. The TAXES and Government Charges in American PRICES
are likely to be significant.
Of the World’s Top 25 Exporting Nations by volume Australia has the highest COST INDEX.
China is No.1 with the lowest cost index due to their Volume/Cost/Price MIX competitive
advantage.
Germany is No.2 with a cost index much higher than America but Germany is the best
BRAND MARKETER in the World. Their products have a high perception of value and
ownership is a symbol of success in life.
America is No.3 with a cost index only marginally higher than that of China.
Australia can become competitive against China by implementing 2% LIBERTY TAX which
takes EXISTING TAXES off PRICES and only adds to costs and PRICES a single simple 2
cents in the dollar LIBERTY TAX. The PRICES of goods and services REDUCE by an
average of 30%. Everyone keeps their EXISTING MONEY i.e. Net of TAX take-home-pay,
pensions etc the same for businesses and government. With the REDUCED PRICES all
EXISTING MONEY can buy 40% more goods and services. Much better than a 40% pay or
pension rise at no cost to employers and government.
In Australia if we had 2% LIBERTY TAX, Government would be fully funded by everyone,
business, trust, foundation, other entity, government, religious body, charity, visitor, etc.
paying 2% LIBERTY TAX on the Open Market Value (NO transfer pricing) of All Changes Of
Ownership into, within and out of Australia to enjoy the Freedom and Democracy of the
Commonwealth of Australia.
The Australian Federal Government is going to the Poll on the 3 May 2025 with EXISTING
TAXES that result in DEFICIT BUDGETS, for 2024/2025 and beyond. Total Revenue is
$A704B. Total Expense $A732B giving a DEFICIT of $A28B. DEBT is $A2,065B and rising.
In STARK COMPARISON with a 2% LIBERTY TAX BUDGET, Total Revenue is $A704B less
A688B TAXES to be taken OFF PRICES = other Revenue $A16B to which is added the 2%
LIBERTY TAX REVENUE of $A1,330B giving a Total Revenue of $A1,346B.
Total Expenses are $A732B less the TAX MERRY GO ROUND i.e. of $A82B paid and
collected by Government leaving EXPENSES of $A650B to be funded.
A 2024/2025 2% LIBERTY TAX BUDGET would be a SURPLUS of $A696B which can pay
OFF in less than 3 years the Government DEBT of $A2,065B
